I too signed up for the free trial of Dazzel White Pro. When I found out that they were going to charge me $58. I immediatly called them to cancel the product that I haven't even received yet. When I did receive it I sent it straight back to them and they refunded me the money. It took about 2-1/2weeks for them to refund the money back to me. Then I got another charge on my credit card for VH access. I also called my bank and told them that this was not correct, they told me to contact the # on the statement, so I did. I told the operator that I wanted an immediate refund of this because I never signed up for this product. The operator then told me that he canceled the subscription and that I would have to contact the support group by EMAIL ONLY. I continuted to contact them until they finally contacted me back and I got my refund of 9.99 back and havent had to deal with them since. Until today aug 27th. I have gotten another charge on my CC for Healthmember for 7.14 + .21 international fee. I will call them 1st thing in the morning to get this fixed yet again. I think that I have learned my lesson to NEVER sign up for a free trial on anything that I have to give CC info for.
