This is a recurring problem from what I here. The company offers a 14-day trial and only mentions 1.95 for shipping cost. Before you know it, a couple weeks later you are charged 87.62 for the trial product. When you call them they say you are part of their prefferred customer club and will from now on ship you a montly supply and continue charging you. After discussing how its never mentioned anywhere, apparently its in the terms and conditions. When you're placing your order there is no indication that the website page you are on has the terms stated below(see picture); it looks like an advertisement. (Who would expect the price to only be in the terms and conditions and not once mentioned anywhere else?). Anyways, Im sure you've heard this a million times. Get em y'all!!
