So, I fell for the Dazzle Smile Pro SCAM. I received the trial product and immediately sent it back to them and canceled. Just like I was supposed to. I ensured to get a conformation number on the cancellation and to get delivery confirmation on the returned product. This way I would be covered. However, they had another trick up their sleeves. I was enrolled in a 40 day free trial membership with World Club Fitness (www.worldclubfitness.com) without knowing it. Today I was charged $24.98 to my bank account under the "business" name of "ELITEPACK". After contacting my bank to get a phone number for this company, I called the number 866-396-2729 which ended up being a generic calling center "for a variety of companies" the very rude representative told me. They asked me what company I was calling in reference to, the phone number that I called, my email address that I purchased Dazzle Smile Pro with, and how much the charge was on my account. I ensured not to give them and banking information, date of birth, Social Security Number, etc. They informed me that the charge was NON REFUNDABLE and that they would cancel my membership. The person running this operation is a fraud artist and the epitome of what I spent 2 years in Iraq fighting against. Our country is in a recession and these companies are kicking innocent victims (their customers) while they are down. Sure, it's only $25. However, $25 can mean the difference in someone having electricity on in their house or food on their table. I can only hope that these people are sought after, found, and persecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
