I ordered the toothwhitener on the internet. I was also signed up for a fitness program without my knowledge. I contacted the above mentioned company as soon as I found the two unauthorized charges on my account. They said that I would need to return the product within the agreed upon trial period. I have a written statement clearly stating that the trial period is 60-days, although the company claims that the trial period has been changed to 30-days at their discretion. Nonetheless, I returned the product, along with a copy of their 60-day cancellation policy after receiving return instructions and a Return Tracking Number from the company. According to the return instructions that the company gave me, my refund would be processed in 10 business days. My USPS Track & Confirm states that the company received the product on December 17, 2009. Taking into account the holidays the 10 days expired on January 6, 2010. I have still not received a refund.
