I started my nightmare with Dazzlewhite on May 26. Like most, I very rarely give out my cc to a simple little ad beside a news article from various sources CNN, newspapers, etc but I'm a fool sometimes and fell for this one. I've posted all the details of trying to cancel my "membership" under dental services, along with many others. I'm an honest hard-working American that simply trusts too easily. These folks chg/debit your cards instantly. You can call them when you key the last digit of your acct & go directly to online banking...too late. They've already been there. If you think because you were told to return the product, get a refund authorization number, unopened, & return it minutes after it arrives that you will get a refund...WRONG!!! I did all of this. Your 14 day trial starts the minute you ORDER, not when it gets to you. They know you can't return an item before you receive it. I canceled my cc, called my bank, talked to Dazzle 6 times (they have many folks that do not speak English), emailed their "abuse" website 4 times, & chatted online until I was promised that I would not be chg. Two days ago (3 weeks since this mess began) Dazzle somehow chg my NEW CC!!! I am telling you DO NOT THINK THESE CROOKS WILL STOP!! Call your bank immediately; I started a dispute against them yesterday. Their "home" office is in Cyprus, their US address has chg in the last 3 weeks; their product name (see title) keeps changing, the BBB has no record of them, & almost every time I come to this complaint website page...take time to look. At least 90% of the time, there are ads on THIS PAGE for these same teeth whiteners!!! HELLO!!??? Goes Google not read these complaints, comments?? Never again will I be such an idiot!
