My credit card company are aware of this scam, (here in the UK) as they are inundated with complaints. I received yet one more parcel of this rubbish this morning with a national courier address on the front. Inside was one of the pens, with a different name on the front of the box - "Premium White"!! Same scam of course. Don't know about anyone else but my problem is, my credit card company have told me to send the stuff back, then write to the c/card company's head office with my complaint, evidence of the scam, and a covering letter. the problem is you can't send the stuff back because there is no address enclosed to send it back to! So far, from October, I have had 5 transactions on my card for the following amounts (in UK £). 14 Oct. 9.19 from "healthsmile". 14 Oct. 4.88 from "Healthbuy.com". 4 Nov. 53.04 from "ultifreshwell", 53.05 from "pristinehlth" and 15.03 from "elitepack" !!! Even if you cancel your card, they will still bill you I've been told because their small print covers this. What on earth can we all do about it!
