I was stupid enough to fall victim to this, thinking that I was safe because I told them I absolutely did not want anything except the free sample. I paid $1.95 for shipping of the "free" sample. Later I found they had charged my account for $87.62. I called the bank and got a provisional credit. 1week later I had another charge of $87.62. This time the bank refused to credit my account. I was told that the terms and conditions of this products website were clearly stated (Their website and name seems to change every month), and I need to call them and cancel the order (which I never agreed to purchase). So I called and got a cancellation number and provided that to the bank. Dazzlewhite informed me that the first charge of $87.62 was for the "FREE" sample. I insisted that I did not agree to receive any kits, but they insisted that the "FREE" sample was a kit. I now needed to return this "kit" with a tracking number and delivery confirmation in order to receive a refund. Well, I shall do more than that! Seeing that they used the US Postal Service to defaud me, I have filed a report with the Postal Service. I don't know if they can do anything, but let's hope they can. I am also going to call the Attorney General's Office. I recommend all their victims report them to any and every agency they can find. Let's hope we can find a way to stop these thieves from continuing to take advantage of honest people.
