I just got off the phone with customer service rep. they are in Phoneix, AZ. 'Franco' who was very helpful and helped me through this mess and did cancel and said refund would take 3-5 business days and I will would receive confirmation email within 24 hours. I did get confirmation number so I pray that this is going to work.
I told him also if it doesnt I would be doing a ChargeBack to the company.
