Email offering of Federal Grant information. I asked for information about offer. They said cost of $1.98 or something like that I sent mailing info and cc for purchas of information only. They now say that I had to cancel order (what order?) within seven days or assume long term arrangement at $69.95 per month. No service promised according to them except agreement to provide information upon formal inquirey. I called and asked to be cancelled and for $69.95 refund - they refused, essentially saying buyer beware.
