On nov 30 2010 I agreed to pay the special price of $2.97 for program on working at home. On Dec 1 2010 my pc crashed. on Dec 2nd I got a phone call from someone named Madeline regarding my signing up. When I told her my pc problem she gave me customer service phone number 877-875-6080 for dcabiz, stating she did not work for them, but they would help me. I called this number and was told I would receive a refund, operators name was Harlem and his id #239, he even gave me a conf.#...needless to say this was a crock...Today (12/16) I called to find out what happened to my refund and was told they do not give refunds!!! The confirmation # I was given was for cancellation NOT REFUND. I called this Madeline back and was told she does not work for them... I have just cancelled my debit card (XMAS shopping by check..OH MY) and am furious with myself for getting into this MESS... OH YEA, did anyone else get a .06cent charge for some kind of start up fee? Wish I knew about this site earlier..it is now in by favorites...
