hiya i have had £70.00 took out of my bank account by Dcc/M Essentials Berkhamsted and ive had no help frm them! it was ment to be to get a loan which i havent recived one. and i did not concent to them taking money from my bank account. i want action taking against them immediatly. yours Miss Terri Turner
