I purchased Nokia Bluetooth Stereo Headset for US$44.00 and they sent me the used product

I purchased Nokia Bluetooth Stereo Headset for US$44.00 and they sent me the used product. PayPal agreed to refund the money back to me but they required me to send the product back at my own expense. The shipment must be online trackable which will cost me US$99.00. I have asked for the Seller to pay for the shipment back but PayPal's policy said the shipment back to the Seller is my responsibility so please think twice before you purchase any product from deal-cool. Also please think twice before make a payment by using PayPal.

They have a refund policy but thus far no refund

Ipod came in Apple Cases. Couldn't change language from Chinese no instructions. Finally found a little info on line...but not on Deal-Cools site to get the language changed. Ipods have Media Player guts but don't work on Windows Media Player. These are the look alike new IPod touch that were so popular around Christmas. Sent back and am having a difficult time getting reimbursed. They have a refund policy but thus far no refund. Looks like the have taken the IPod touches off their site at this point.
