We ordered a DVD player for our car in September. We were giving it to our children for christmas. We got it installed after Christmas and didn't work. We sent it back for repair in January. These people are absolute frauds. We have been in contact with Robert Jones by email and when we do get responses, they flat out lie. They were going to send us another product and that was over a month ago. When we email about a refund we get nothing. I'm in the process of contacting news stations, the FBI, a lawyer and every complaint board on the internet until some action is resolved. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Please contact me at [email protected]. I am working on a class action lawsuit against this company as there are more than enough people that have been scammed by this company. Absolute frauds. I wish my husband would've done research regarding this company before doing business with them.
