It has been 20 days since my order of a Panasonic NB-G100P Toaster Oven for $92.57 including shipping. The DealMountain.com website shows many customer comments---all positives. I called today to find out about the status of my order and could not speak to a live person. I was auto-prompted to leave a message. I also asked how I could get negative comments posted on their website. UPDATE: AFTER A LONG DELAY, THE PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED AND THEY CREDITED THE COST OF SHIPPING BECAUSE OF THE DELAY. AS THEY DID RIGHT BY ME, I WOULD CHANGE MY RATING FROM NEGATIVE TO NEUTRAL.
