Charging my acct. without my consent!
I never authorized a 16.95 fee to be charged to my acct. I paid for the 1st dvd and 2nd was charged.I did not agree to the 16.95 fee. I want it removed and NO MORE THINGS SENT TO ME from this company. They take advantage of people with the TV ads.
