Poor, Poor, Poor Service... What does quality assurance mean to Dean Patterson Chevrolet? Well let me tell you my story. My truck, sold by Dean Patterson, a 2006 Silverado 1500 Southern Comfort Edition, average price of $40000, now has 17500 miles. The GM 3 year/36000 mile warranty will run out July 31st 2010. The vehicle developed an exhaust leak and will not be covered by Dean Patterson Chevrolet because Southern Comfort, a conversion company hired by Dean Patterson and other dealers, went out of business. Now Dean Patterson refuses to honor the warranty because they will not be compensated by Southern Comfort.
