We purchased a pure-bread English Bulldog puppy for $4, 000. Within 2 weeks he developed pneumonia. After this incident he had a seizure at home. We took very good care of him. At the age of 6 months I found him dead outside in our backyard. A autopsy could not be done at the Animal Hospital here and it was a Saturday so the hospital one hour away was out of the question. When I brought his body to the animal hospital for his body to be prepared for burial, the vet was shocked...said there must have been something wrong genetically because he looked so healthy. Debby's Petland was notified of the situation. They are refusing any refund of our money even though they have a year warranty on the puppy. Losing our puppy was hard enough but dealing with this company is making me angry and regret doing business with them.
