Debteaters took two unauthorized withdrawals of 29.95 from my state unemployment card . Icoudnt figure out how they got my card # until I saw this site. I ordered a stimulis bill grant CD a few months ago. EPPICARD(administers money for the state of Indiana) says they can do nothing about this.SHAME!
