I hired Decorative Designs who painted the exterior of my residence, including the driveway and porch and four interior rooms in March of 2009. The paint on the porch has been peeling and chipping since November of 2006. They claimed they came out to inspect it and originally re-scheduled for a re-do on Jan 6th. That was back in early December and after several calls. I informed them that the above date was not good for me and please call to re-schedule. I have been trying to call since December and they will not return my calls. I call almost everyday and leave all my contact numbers. I had my friend call who recommended them. They do not return any calls. The paint job was thousands of dollars. I am afraid it will continue to chip. The job was guaranteed for seven (7) years. I am out of patients with them. I feel that I paid so much money to make my home look nice and now they will not return my calls or make an appt for a re-do. I intend to pursue this to the full extent of the law. I intend to take them to small claims court
