This is the sorriest company I have ever seen. I have order a 70cc four wheeler on the 29- sept.-08, for my son, which I was having a birthday party for him on the following weekend which was more the 7 day away. I ask the if the four wheeler would be here in time. And the reasured me that it would be.
approximatey 3 days later the e-mail me and say the product I order is not in stock. So call back and was put on hold for 20-to 30 minutes, finally order another 4 wheeler and ask them if the can ship it a little faster because of the birthday party of course everything will be alright. 2 days later they send another e-mail, saying they do not have the color I order. Again on the phone 20 to 30 minutes I still have not received the bike and at this point don't know what to do. I have asked for the bike or the money and have not seen either. some one please help me.
