Many, many, many complaints from all over the USA. See reviewopedia.com and ripoffreport.com for other comments. During September 2008 they offered a free booklet for the delivery cost of $4.95 and an optional course for $147. They called me on the phone tell me the book was in the mail. I talked to the lady, Maybe, her name was Lisa, and told her I was not interested in to course only the booklet. She guaranteed the course would not be charged. Then a month later, guess what, they billed my credit card the $147 anyway with out my approval and no course was ever even offered. If anyone has the front page of the ad offering the free book for delivery fee of $4.95, please scan and email a copy of it to: [email protected].
