The agency supplies gas but even after booking the Cylinder they are not supplying the refill after 18 days.

This is not the first time. Every time I book the refill I have to complain after 15 days and they give some false reason and after repeated complains they supply the Gas Cylinder refill now for the last three months, they are not at all attending the phone. As soon as the office time of 9.30 am IST reaches they simply disconnect the phone line so that no one can talk or make any complain. Even we are not able to book Refills on phone as the phone is made engaged.

This time I have booked the refill after visiting the Agency on 21st February 2007 and I have not received the supply till today the 7th March 2007.
