I bought a razor phone, , after 2 weeks, , the phone malfucntion, , , it was under the 30 day warrinty for replace and then you have also up to a year, I paid 160 dollars for the phone . The phone was sent off for repairs ... there was something wrong with the charger, got a loaner phone . until the replace ment phone came, Husband got the phone, , Then the phone got stolen, , now the orginal phone got sent back to me after 5 months . And they wanted the second one they sent, , Since i dont have it .. they are going to charge us another 160. dollars . They said we cause the phone to not charge, , , Doesnt make any sense, I first brought it to the store to have the tech check it out, , he did look at the phone and i sent it away the first time, I have been geting th run around, , I dont have a phone plus i am getting charge another 160 dollars .. I am so mad, , its not fair, , I call and went to the store manager . I have a family plan .. and will quit with this co .and they are also know for not sending your rebate money, Happend on my daugthers phone, , we have 3 phones on this plan,
