I too have been scammed by Deidre. Everyone reading this MUST file a complaint the the California State Bar. Until that is done, she will not be held accountable. She is very good. She has been moving around and the phone numbers that she has listed are no longer in service. I did call the one listed on the CALBAR site and it was her voicemail. I'm sure she won't be returning my call. What she is doing is illegal according to Senate Bill No. 94 for collecting a prepayment fee for loan modifications. Don't buy into her story that she is going to be insolvent. She is hoping that with the amount she is charging we won't bother to file a complaint or take her to Small Claims. I will be doing so on both counts and everyone involved needs to do this as well. Go to the CALBAR site and look under complaints and do exactly what it says and hopefully something will happen. Don't let her get away with our money.
