i first heard from direct tv from an out side agency that anounced there services in the penny saver i called and from the bigining it was lies i was told one price and billed another i was not told of a 2 year agreement and wen i tried to cancel they told me i had to pay 200 dollars because it was passed the 24 hour cancellation period when i dint get informed of the contract till 7 days later via mail i also was told of rebaits but i was not told that they did not take affect till possively te 3rd month of service due to a proccesing time and then on top of that there unlawfully charged my account for 70 dollars and my bank had to file a fraud claim againts the company i eventualy got my money back and was told by the direct tv i only had to pay 50 because my rebates had came thrue but three months later i was charged with a 20 late payment because according to direct tv who ever the aggent that made the adjustment to my account was wrong and honestly i dont think i should have to pay for direct tv's mistakes there a bullcrap company that makes money by cheating it out of there customers is any one else having issues with this company
