Refernce No I 000017 submitted on 13 August 2008. All formalities the security check ( Police verfication) done 2months ago. But till date I havent received.

Website Status Enquiry showing below message since 2months.

"It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time"

Due to this, my wife & elder son stuck back in India. If they fail to reported by end of december, Visa's will be CANCELLED automaticaly .

Please look into matter and help us.

Your prompt action on subject would be highly appreciated.
