I lived at 15 Studio Lane, Staten Island, NY for the last 5 years and have noticed the driver/delivery man has had some issues with my 13 year old son. He has threatened him in the past, stating he was going to hit him, he talks very nasty to him which is very abusive. About 2 weeks ago I moved to a new address - 346 Mosel Ave, Staten Island, NY and today got a delivery from the same person. My husband answered the door and the delivery man asked how my son was doing. He told my husband my son is crazy and there is something mentally wrong with him.

I need this looked into. I need this person written up. He is not allowed to talk to and threaten a minor in that way. He could be locked up legally. I want a report on him put in as being abusive and would ask his route to be changed as this is a very serious situation. There is no reason my son's life should be in danger due to a delivery man.
