Boarded plane in Milwaukee, was told one stop - no plane change. Stopped in Memphis. Never told of plane change and gate change. Plane left two of us stranded and would do nothing to help us. Gave us a hotel no. but no help as far as paying for it or transportation.

Several calls by my son and me - one offered $100 and maybe hotel but would get in touch with me. No way to leave Memphis until late next day but could sit at airport in case someone didn't show up!! Very nasty - screamed at us and walked away. No one got in touch and after several emails - no way you are entitled to anything. In order to get home I rented a car and drove. Said they couldn't afford to give free tickets or compasation. Too many similar complaints so they have to treat everyone the same - NOTHING!! I'm a 77 year old senior and have never been treated so terrible without concern for the situation and cost - which was over $300 after paying $438 for the ticket!
