The site known as Democrasay.com claims to give out weekly purses of cash to whoever is voted as having written the best paper. However, in my experience they tamper with the votes to control who wins, and delete the accounts of anyone who does win. Anybody posting comments to complain quickly has their comments deleted and their account as well. Sounds like a scam to me...
