I purchased 55 denim days figurines from carol wlodarchak. I payed $650.00 for them and with shipping and insurance it cost me a total of $740.00, some where sets and some where singles. When I received them there where 34 good ones and 25 broken ones.

I contacted UPS, and they notified staples and carol wlodarchak. U P S sent carol a check on July 2 2007, since then I have tried to contact carol by phone and all I get is an answering machine. With shipping, insurance and broken items I feel she owes me a total of $350.00. If someone could help me resolve this matter, I would deeply appreciate it.
