I ordered two pairs of ugg boots at the end of November for christmas, received and e-mail saying they shipped on 12/4 and would receive them by 12/8 that came and went and no boots. I waited till 12/16 and still no boots, tried calling the company and the phone was disconnnected so I call my credit card company and they said they couldn't reach them either. So the company took off with my boots and money. They credited my account. I then had to locate boot for my kids at this late date. I ended up finding them in a store paid more for boots they really didn't want. Not happy at all. I guess I won't purchase online for a company that isn't reputable again. I learned my lessson.
