I purchased a supercharger kit for my 2003 Mercury marauder in March. Dennis promised me I would have a complete kit within 30 days. 30 days has come and gone by a long time today is August 10 and I still have yet to receive my complete supercharger kit. I contact Dennis at least once a week from the time purchase my kit until today. It is very sad when a man that is been doing business for over 25 years as his website says and can't provide customer service to somebody that has spent good hard earned money for something that they really want. All I keep getting from Dennis is empty promises for the last 16 weeks my kit has supposed to been shipped out this week this week this week this week this week this week this week. It seems that this week never comes. So I'm writing this review just in case anybody out there is interested in purchasing something from Dennis Reinhart I would suggest checking somewhere else or doing something different because like I said it's been a total of 20 weeks at least 20 weeks without getting the calendar out and counting them up I've got tired of looking. The only good thing that I have to say about this is I got a full refund back from my credit card company and I don't think he's smart enough to realize it. My next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau to make sure that his ratings are adjusted for his dissatisfactory service.
