You insist that the payment is made NO LATER than the THIRD of each month. Social Security is not deposited to elderly accounts until the third of each month. If we mail the payment we are charged $29.00 late fee. If we call and have the money deducted from our account we are charged $15.00 phone charge. We CANNOT win. No matter how honest we are nor how hard we try we're punished. This is pure elderly abuse and prejudice.

We cannot even have the bank pay on the third as they pay when they get good and ready no matter when we tell them to pay so we get fined anyway. HELP!!!

I have typed on no less than six "confirmation codes" to be informed that they are too old or incorrect. How do you achieve a correct code???
