Dental Plus performed dental work on me costing $230.00. They received payment from me in the amount of $2, 000.00 cash for that work and additional work that was never performed and subsequently cancelled. I now am due a refund of $1770.00 from them. They also received $6, 138.10 charged against my GE Money Bank/Care Credit card for the srevices not rendered.

After many attempts since February I have not been able to recover any reimbursement of money paid them for services not received nor will they credit my credit card.

I am asking that you remove all of the remainder of the $6, 138.10 that is on my card, return to me the payment that was made and recover any finance charges from Dental Plus that is owed on this account.
