So our insurance is $375 for 3 women. I paid 250 on time this month because my sister bailed out on her part. None the less my mom's 125 is due and her check didnt come in from her job. So some late fees are going to incur. She gets her bill and its $256.Her original amount was $125.A $131 late fee in 6 days.WTF! After an hour and a half of their 'explanation.'We still dont understand how paying at different times incurs this rediculous late fee.Ya thats what they said.Dont ever have carrie as an agent. Not only that but after hearing my mom cry about it I called up there. This douschebag Ronnie Lakem tells me WE, as in them, have done nothing wrong on our end. Still no real explanation.That comes out to a little over $20 a day.
