Bought a $7000 home theater system in June 09. Spent hundreds on an in-home warranty for the whole thing good for 3 years. First issue with DVD player they told me the warranty was only for the receiver -- not the whole system, even when I showed them my receipt for the warranty, the Southside Blvd. Jacksonville FL store refused to honor the whole system warranty. I had to get another DVD player. Now my receiver is broken and they won't honor the warranty until I bring the receiver in -- but it's connected to wires behind the heavy entertainment system console and I can't get to the wires to disconnect it. They installed it this way. I have spent 4 hours on the phone -- on the same call-- today with 9 different people, and spending most of that time on hold, while they debate whether or not I can even PAY for someone to come here and swap out the receiver. I have never been this angry in my life. I despise those people. I will never shop there again.
