My husband had been doing business with Denville Trans for years. He brought his truck to them and provided a clutch kit for them to install. They had installed the prior clutch. Well, the technician did not look at the parts clearly prior to installation. Shouldn't that be done? The truck ran for a few days and then stopped. My husband spoke to the owner several times and tried to resolve the issue. He wound up pulling out the newly installed clutch, transmission, etc and fixed the loose bolts and flywheel problem that the technician DID NOT SEE. The owner would not refund the money as he stated that since my husband provided the clutch, it is not his problem. Well, that is just not good customer service. DON'T GO HERE!!! Bad customer service. Especially for a long term customer. I will never recommend that anyone go here!!!
