the department of immigration of australia has deported some foreign students who were working for more than 20 hours per week, , however they for some students they gave them skilled visas although these students broke the law by working for more than 20 hours per week. i sent them a complaint about it and even gave one student's name who broke the law and is now on a skilled visa but they did nothing. i am just wondering why they arent doing anything. they say that they are investigating but it has been six months and they havent contacted that student yet and they havent proceed with the complaints. nothing has been done. it is so strange that the laws are not the same for evryone.
