I think that this is serious enough to post two times. I already posted once about contacting The Department of State in New York and being told my emails are being delayed.Here is the e-mail message that is being sent. I tried to get help about possible illegal activity in Dutchess County. I sent my e-mail October 25th, 2010 for two days now I have received emails like this one saying my emails are being delayed.That means the State Department of New York has not received their emails for over two days. I now have four of these messages. Wouldn't New York State want their messages when they are sent not two or three days after someone tries to contact them?
