It is a very long story, but in the interest of time, let me summarize it please...I purchased a trial offer of this product. I had a bad reaction and contacted the company for a list of the cream's ingredients and to advise them that I would not purchase any more cream. They advised they did not have a list of ingredients and furthermore he did not believe me. He said that it probably was that I had just seen the charge to my account and was scared. He dismissed my call and said I had not called to cancel in the alloted time .I told them I had just gotten the product, that it had not been 30 days yet, also that I did not use the product right away because i wanted to wait for the weekend. He again callously advised me that he was not going to do anything for me. At that point I was not aware that they had charged my account $94.95 without my permission. As soon as I got off the phone I called the bank and in deed, it was on hold to post, but had not posted. The rep offered to put a dispute, but she did not sound hopefull, since it would post that evening. I feel this is a scam, as a matter of fact, I started to search on the internet for other people in my position and I found a few. There must be something we can do to stop this merchant from ripping people off, this is dishonest advertising! I for one, will continue to post and tell people every chance I get so this does not hapen to other innocent shoppers.
