I was originally "re-directed" to thier webside while searching for another product...that should have been my first clue. They advertise a "Free Trial", pay for shipping only ($3.97), which seemed very reasonable. I received 2 small containters (thought was trial size, but, found out later they were full sized products). I received the Instant Lifting Cream and the Skin Renewal Complex. While trying the product, I started breaking out. After a short time, I called to let them know I wanted to cancel the autoship program, return their trial if necessary, because I was allergic to the product. I was informed that the trial period was only 2 wks and I was too late. They eventually cancelled my autoship program, but, AFTER the phone call, they shipped one more time (that day) and charged me $89.95 + shipping for the product. I told them I couldn't use it, that I had an allergy to it, and wanted to return the original and 2nd shipment. They said I couldn't. I was just screwed. LIVE AND LEARN-SPREAD THE WORD.
