I answered an add on 1/15/2011 14 day free trial for some anti-aging cream, I received it a couple of days later and began to use it. I used it a couple of times only to have a reaction to the cream, I tried to call and cancell my order and to return the left over but could never get a response to the phone number that they gave you. Today is the 10 of march and on my credit card statement they charged my account for $ 109.90. I tried to call today and after the third try I finally got through. I talked to a young man and told him that I wanted this charge refunded to my account on to be told TOO BAD. Their product sucks and doesn't work. Something needs to be done with these companies and I think all the women who have ordered products from this company and have been scammed should get together and file a class action law suit against Dermitage and make them pay for being unethical and greedy and very unprofessional.
