I bought this product brand new on-line July 2008. Out of the box it failed to charge. I turned it in to the local service center, Shaver Sevice, for repair. After 7 months and numerous calls to the service center they asked me to come pick it up since they could not get support from Desa. I picked it up last month. (It still would not charge.) I called Desa and could never get a licve person. Always refered to their web site. I sent 2 e-mails asking how to return the product. No response.
