Dan Fafsa the owner of Design Built Contractors, still owes a lot of money to contractors on a Hotels in the DFW area. He has not paid his sub-contractors on time or cheats them by lowering the amount they were suppose to get, I have heard he has put sub-contractors out of business. Anyone else that he owes money or cheated?
