I placed an order with Designs by Stephene.com and when the company shipped my order they used the wrong zip code and blamed me/the customer. When I set up the account on their website, the software confused/mixed the details of my shipping and billing addresses. I immediately called the company and asked if they could make sure to send to my shipping address because my details were not saving accurately. Of course the company rep said yes - she would make sure to send to me at my specified location i.e. shipping address, but of course that didn't happen.
Later. I tracked my order and I see the shipping label with my name listed as the company AND recipient, along with the wrong zip code. Needless to say, the order has been delayed and is being returned by UPS due to incorrect routing and Designs by Stephene unwillingness to fix the problem.

After contacting the company rep, she continued to argue it was my fault and lied about being able to get it sorted out with UPS before it was returned. I still have not received my package. Again, I asked Designs by Stephene to fix it, but it's obvious they could care less and I have yet to experience the great customer service everyone raves about on their website. Total BS!
