I went to lease a desktop. Upon entering the store, i felt welcomed. the lady greeted me and ask what she could do to help. If something came up where she had to step away, she let me know that she will be with me right away. However, once the paperwork was done, I had to wait for the general manager to review the terms of the lease. Turns out the general manager was totally ignoring me. I went in his office to wait. He walked in and walked right out (not saying anything) ie "ill be right with u"
he then began to take calls and doing other things. I ask the lady what he was doing and she pretty much was like he's doing other things non work related. Some work related, but still taking personal calls. I end up falling asleep and waking up and he was acting as if he didnt want to help. I felt like it was a personal issue. He really shouldnt be a store manager if he can't provide the bare minimum customer service. The delivery drivers were more courteous than he was.
im not sure of the address of the store, but if ur coming from s.marietta...u make right on cobb..and its in the same shopping center as walmart
