I contracted with this company to design a website for my company in December 2009, I paid a substancial downpayment at that time, the project was supposed to be completed within 3-4 months, as of April 2011 (15 months later) I have yet to receive a complete and properly working website. As soon as the company received my downpayment the problems started, progress on the site was very slow, my email and phone inquiries would go unanswered for weeks, when I was given something to review it either did not work properly or was full of errors, the entire process has been very stressful and has negatively impacted my business. The website as it stands today is still incomplete, poorly designed and contains mutiple coding errors. Despite the fact that I had an independent third party review the site, the company still refuses to acknowledge any wrong doing, they ignore my complaints and refuse to refund any money. Do yourself (and your business) a favor and and stay away from this company, they are unprofessional and incompetent, if you need additional reasons to stay away, go to the BBB, they have a "F" rating.
