-Delivery was weeks late

-No phone call from owner to explain the delay and they would not return our calls

- Delivery crew was rude and unhelpful, refused to take the furniture wrappings and asked us to carry the couch inside ourselves

- Furniture was missing parts, owner told us that 'you dont really need legs on a couch'

- Owner was rude and confrontational on phone asking if I was a 'tough guy?' and asked if I wanted to find out how they 'do it in the jungle' whatever that means when all I wanted was the legs to my couch

- Have heard several similar stories since, would advise people to think twice about dealing with this business
