I signed up for a "trial offer" of acaiberry & it has indeed been a TRIAL! they charged my bank account for 87.13 & 39.95. I did not even know about this until I received my monthly bank statement. I called the acaiberry co. at 800-220-9825. After much run-around from a person clearly working out of India, I demanded to speak to a supervivor. More BS. He claimed I did not read the article correctly, my money could not not be refunded blah blah blah. I ended up literally screaming at him. FINALLY he said I could send both products back & my money would be returned.(UPS cost 8.10) I did get the 87.13 back but am now trying to get back the 39.95.Now I had to fax a copy of the shipment of returned items (cost 2.10)even though I had given them the numbers .thank God I had been smart enough to request a signature when they received it & kept my UPS paperwork. I will not give up!!! Clearly they want me to.I sure hope a lawsuit starts up on this company-I certainly deserve something for my pain & suffering!
