David Clark/ Devine Properties LLC. rented me a house while I was in MN (I sent him the deposit and first month rent after signing a lease) and once I got to MI the house was not ava. He has yet to return my money. I went as far as to sue him in civil court, and won. Its a year later and David Clark/ Devine Properties LLC has yet to return my money
